Hello all,
Thank you for your time in advance. I wonder how to remove the red rectangle highlighted in the online report below. I prefer the rectangle area will be hidden therefore no once can edit the shared report. In an ideal situation, users can only view the black area of the main body. Your insights will be appreciated.

For your this issue, we can choose to change the role permissions in the workspace and we can hide our edit option and the user can only see the report but cannot edit it,
but not in the perfect state required.
To achieve your desired state, you can try Website or portal which can help you achieve your desired state.
