You can use the following steps to meet your needs:
In visual format setting> subtotal> turn the ‘Per column level’ button to ‘on’ > turn off the column which contains 41.42.43(According to your description)

@Priti_Kaur in the format pane, you can turn off subtotal or make it by per column and choose which column you want to have total on
