How to remove referenced tables from query editor.

I have inherited a report that was managed by another emploee, but no longer works here. I'm learning Power BI desktop and I'm trying to delete a query, but it's giving me "The query "table1" cannot be deleted because it's being referenced by other queries:" and it lists the queries. I googled other people seeing this and refer to manage relationships from the visual report. I did that and it does not reference "table1" query that I'm trying to delete. I don't see a ribbon options to manage relationships or references on the ribbon of query editor. Can someone help?
