How to remove extra page from drill through (pie chart)

There's a workaround to do this, you can create a duplicate column which you are using for drill through.
Use the original column for one page and duplicate column for another page, then it will resolve your issue.

You can leave the drill field blank for pages you don't want to drill through, making the drill function unavailable.

Alternatively, set different drill fields.
