How to remove data labels from one line?

Hi All,   Please do you know how (or a clever workaround) to remove the data labels from the black line below (the green is actuals and the black is just a target). I've tried removing the data lab...

    Hello Anonymous 

    Under the Data labels you can turn on "Customize series" then pick target in the drop down and set "Show" to off.

    Hi - I do not see where this feature in the latest release-- Version: 2.104.702.0 64-bit (April 2022). Is there another way to perform this? 

    EDIT: I am looking to perform this action in a Donut.
