How to remove a field in a matrix for one specific group?

tencount_0-1711571641843.png

I have a matrix table above where its grouped by BILLABLE and NON-BILLABLE.  For the NON-BILLABLE group I'd like to hide or remove the Sum of Pmt_Positive field but keep it for the BILLABLE group.  Is this possible?

Note: I know about hiding the field by dragging the line but was wondering if there was another way through DAX or something similar.

You can blank out the value with a measure but you cannot remove the column.
