How to refresh POWER BI data automatically

Good Morning,

I'm new to this forum, I'm French and I'm not sure of my English

I would like to know : How to update POWER BI data automatically?

Currently, I open the POWER BI file, click "Refresh" then "Publish" and save.

I would like that when I am away, the POWER BI report updates without having to open the file.

It may be possible with POWER AUTOMATE or another tool but I have not been trained in other software than Excel, Word, Power Point and Access.

I use Power Qwery, Pivot and BI while watching video tutorials and without any training by a teacher, that's why I ask you help
