How to reduce the data only load 10% of sample data ?

Hi All

I have a PBI file , i just like to load 10% of total samplng data size . So that i can use that for sharing in public and people dont get to see the confidential report. any idea how to do it ?

Your data source is SharePoint, and you want to reduce the size of data imported into Power BI.

The only thing you can do is to delete all useless rows and columns in the ‘Edit Query’.

thank you very much for your sharing . So it is same as Amit suggestion , using PQ to reduce the row

@Anonymous , you have to control, the data you are loading. Or you can delete data using the power query based on some condition. Unless people have access to the source they can not load the data again.
