How to reduce data ?

Hi All   May i know how to reduce the data for PBI file ? So that i don't need to send the big file size to forum.   Paul Yeo

Hi All

Thank you for all your sharing.

Sorry my question is not so clear. what i mean is if my PBI file have 1000 row of data , may i know how to reduce to 10 row of data ?

Anonymous  you can make use of Pivot Option OR  group by function in power query.
