How to put dim table information onto the chart axis?

You can't with this type of visual. The values go in there, hence you have something to show on the line...

Try a scatter chart. Not a fan myself, but... 🙂

Thanks for the solution AliceW  provided, and i want to offer some more infotmation for user to refer to.

hello BenBlackswan , in line chart, the y-axis cannot put the text to it, it need to return the value that is number type, if you want to display the string, you can consider to put it to the legend.

Or you can put the information to the tooltip, when you hold at one place at the visual, it will display at the tooltip.
