How to pull multiple column's data from one to another table which doesn't have any relationship

how to pull data from one table to another table which doesn't have any relationship or common column...

Actually I have created another table with some values namely A,B,C,D,E i need to have a drop down of this values when a user click on A it have to bring the data from another table holding data (Actually it must pull multiple columns). similarly for B the column varies based on user selection from drop down... But these two tables doesn't have any direct relationship or not even common column...

 

How can I achieve this.Could someone help me on this.
