Hello @arun2001mjl,

It is possible to automatically refresh and publish a Power BI Desktop report to the Power BI Service using the Personal Gateway.

  1. Set up the Personal Gateway: Install the Personal Gateway on your local machine and configure it to connect to your data source (in this case, SQL Server).

  2. Set up the refresh schedule: In the Power BI Desktop report, go to the "Home" tab, click on "Options and settings", then "Options", then "Data Load", and finally "Schedule Refresh". Here, you can set up a refresh schedule for the report.

  3. Publish the report: Once you have set up the refresh schedule, save the report and publish it to the Power BI Service.

  4. Configure automatic publishing: In the Power BI Service, go to the workspace where you have published the report, click on "Settings" in the top right corner, and then click on "Dataset". Here, you can enable automatic refreshing and publishing of the report.

Let me know if you might need further assistance.
