How to present KPIs Reports?

Hello everyone, I have a trouble with KPIs chart. I have two tables "Sales Fact" includes Revenue day by day for each sales and I have another "KPI" Table show target KPI per sales by month.

Currently, I don't have any ideas to connect two tables in order to show KPI sales by month
