Hi All. I would like to create a dynamic user input point on the existing graph. Forexample, user need to input the year = 2024 and KPI = 3.6, then the point will be visualized on the exisitng graph as shown in red below. Kindly advise.

Hey @Jacob_Tam ,
this is not possible, as Power BI does not support user input. You may consider adapting what-if parameters to your needs: Use what-if parameters to visualize variables - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
Another approach could be creating a Power App, but due to the interactive nature of your requirement, this then will require a data source (the data sink where the input will be stored) that supports direct query. These data sources are Premium data sources like SQL Server from a Power Apps perspective and require additional licensing.
Hopefully, this provides some ideas on how to tackle your challenge.
