How to optimize Power BI reports for faster loads?

Hello,

My Power BI report seems to be a bit slow. What are the best practices for making faster loading reports?

My reports are quite visual so maybe that could be the reason?

Best regards,

Niels

It's hard to say without looking at your reports directly but the following will help:

Reducing the number steps Power Query
DAX calculated measures over calculated columns
It may also be an issue with your computer if you're working on an old machine.
