How to open PowerBI data in Excel?

Dear all

 

I see the update from Microsoft about Excel "What's new in Microsoft 365"

Then I update my Excel to the latest version 2206 Build16.0.15330.20260

 

But I can't see the fuction "From Power BI"

 

I see other people like this:

 

How can I get this function for my Excel?

I have Office 365 E3 license and I just need use Desktop App with my laptop!

    Anonymous , Go to app.powerbi.com ->  Open a report -> and use Analyze in excel. This will install plugin for first time. Check that post this

    Thanks for you help, I can see "From Power BI" function with Excel on line!

     

    But  I want use it in my Excel Desktop app keep offline?

     

    I can share Excle file to other people but I don't want to share my Power BI file or give them permission to accsee my One Driver?

    How can I do the setup for this?
