How to make one vertical column in table matrix visual to horizontal categories in PowerBI?

Hi All,

Is there any property by which we can make the vertical column into horizontal categories in PowerBI?I want to show this in my landing page so I want to make it look little fancy.

My input data showing in my Table matrix is :-

Is there any property in table matrix to convert the data as shown below in the expected output?I mean from vertical to horizontal? I remember i watched a video on youtube long back talking about such possiblity but unfortunately i am unable to remember or replicate.Please help..

I want to show it in my landing page something like this , so that on click of each item, i can get the corresponding population count based on region in a Card visual:-

In a slicer visual you can choose horizontal or vertical layout.
