How to make my Red bar start from left side ?

Hi All

I have 4 chart , all the chart most recent year starting from left to right , except below chart sharting from right to left. 

May i know it there any work around to force the red bar start from left.

In his sample file, the sort by option does not appear on the chart.

It is a strange behavior but the only way I was able to make it work was to change the data type of the year column from whole number to text.

Once I did that the sort by option was available on the chart:

In the options of the visual you can change the order of the sorting from ascending to descending: 

It would also be possible there to sort by another value.
