How can we adjust the width of the chiclet slicer automatically whenever the data gets refreshed.

Unfortunately, responsivity is not available in the chiclet slicer. It just zipping your text...
You can modify how many rows and/or columns you want to have, but it is going to be static and if you need to add values, you need to change it manually.
If the purpose of using chiclet is a "buttons" visual effect you have a similar option in the regular slicer , and there the responsivity is available :
