How to make a secondary Y axis smaller without affecting other lines?

Hey guys new to the forum and power bi, I've made the following visual in power bi:

As you can see the RPC line is super low (is in % value), I want to make the secondary Y axis to go from 0% to 8%, however if I do this the Connect line will dissapear completly as it's value is greater than that, I have the same graph on excel and in there I can set up RPC as a secondary y axis like this:

Is there a way that I can achieve the same in PBI desktop?

So what you are asking for is a tertiary Y axis?

Consider:

- small multiples

- the Deneb visual

- a logarithmic scale for the secondary Y axis
