How to make a report update visuals on opening?

Hi,

I've made a report with a dropdown-list containing members of a team. Depending on wich teamleader who opens the report, there are different teammembers in the list.

But how do I force the visuals to update when the report is opened? As for now, the dropdown list shows  the user who was selected when I published the report. I want the dropdown to show the first teammember in the current team, and the rest of the visuals to be updated to show his/her data. Now the reader has to select from the list to update the report (And by then the first shown name will disappear if not in the readers team, so the data is correct)
