How to make a measure know which row in a Matrix visual it is on (Show on Rows selected)

I have a matrix with Show on Rows selected. There are several measures showing on rows. I would like to create a tooltip page so that when a user hovers over any cell, the tooltip shows the detailed information for just that measure. A measure can find out the column by simply using SELECTEDVALUE. But how to know which row was selected?

So in the matrix below, I have another page set up as a Tooltip page, with a copy of the matrix, but with a different measure for each of the four measures. When the user hovers over Profit % for Jun, the Profit % measure in the tooltip matrix knows that Jun is selected. But how can a measure know which row was hovered over, i.e. that is was Profit %?

I would like to have one measure on the Tooltip matrix that displays additional information for only the selected column and only the selected measure.

So for example if the user hovers over Profit % for Jun, the tooltip should display this:

And if the user hovers over the Orders row for Jul, the tooltip would display this:

Is this possible?

@Anonymous Not aware of a way to do that, the SELECTEDMEASURE family of functions do not work in those scenarios.
