Hi  @Anonymous ,

I created some data:

Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Create calculated table.

True =
var _table1=
DISTINCT(
    'Table'[Group])
var _table2=
ADDCOLUMNS(
    _table1,"Flag",
    [Group]&"-"&"Group")
var _table3=
SUMMARIZE(
    _table2,[Flag])
var _table4=
UNION(
   _table1,_table3)
return
CROSSJOIN(
    DISTINCT('Table'[Date]),_table4)

2. Create calculated column.

Flag =
var _if=
IF(
    'True'[Group]in SELECTCOLUMNS('Table',"1",[Group]),1,0)
return
IF(
    _if=1,
    SUMX(        FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Date]=EARLIER('True'[Date])&&'Table'[Group]=EARLIER('True'[Group])),[Value])
    ,
IF(
   'True'[Date]=
    MINX(
       FILTER(ALL('True'),'True'[Group]=EARLIER('True'[Group])&&NOT('True'[Group])in SELECTCOLUMNS('Table',"1",[Group])),[Date]),
        0
        ,BLANK())
)
