How to make a change histogram?

Hi, everyone...!!!

I've been working with Power BI for a while and now, I've come across a problem that I have not been able to resolve through something normal...

I have to make a kind of histogram or schedule showing which organizations have changed "stage" (Etapa, in spanish). I've tried several options but I can't do it... I've only been able to show the day when the organization started or was created and the update date... I tried to show a date range in which it shows the date on which date the organization was in one stage and change to another, this showed for days or weeks.
