How to make a bubble chart

Hello,   I am trying to make a bubble chart but can't get it the way I want it. I have the following data in a table: a person's name, a person's score , a person's attitude and a person's potentia...

Thank you Shaurya , I now get to see a bubble for each person but each bubble is still the same size, namely 220 (80+80+60). How could I fix that the bubble shows the exact potential score for the person?

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    Use the fields as shown in the image in my original reply. You should see the size of the bubble corresponding to potential score.
