How to make a Dynamic moving line like this?-- rep...

Can anyone help me in making a line just like the red line mentioned, it is attached to the slicers above, i.e. is the cliff height and cliff distance, can anyone please help me in solving the issue. Also i tried adding a line on the X-axis and Y-axis, this is something different as it only shows the area common to both lines and highlights it(like red in this). Refer to page 4.

Also, if u see the vertical line, it is not straight, it is a bit inclined, this is the reason i think it is a custom added line, please help.
