How to make Sales Target Amount = 1 ?

May i know how to make Target for 1 Jan 2010 = 1 instead of 3 ? :-
Anonymous , they should be joined with common date table and you should use date from that date table in visual

I have create a master calendar , and link the date to sales and target table , Now the Target amount still wrong ?
