@Paulyeo11 , This possible in bar visual, when use only one measure and no legend

Create a color measure If need for Qtr like 1,2 3 etc then use this. If you need on qtr year create similat meausre

Have column in date table

Qtr = format([Date],"Q")

Create meausre

Color =

Switch( True(),
[Qtr] =1, "Red", // In case qtr year [qtr-year] = "Q1-19","Red"
[Qtr] =2, "Yellow",
[Qtr] =2, "Blue",
"Green"
)

Go to Data Color COlor, Click on the function icon near to color. Choose the "Field value" option in first LOV and then use this measure in next box.
