How to maintain visual format w/ different fields

Hi RMDNA, yes, formatting for column width, alignment, font, etc...
Font should be for the whole matrix. Width alignment will be at th individual field level.
Thanks sgsukumaran. Any way to have field formatting maintained when changing the field? I haven't even seen this as an idea to vote up.
