How to lock one side of date slicer?

Hello,

I have a sliver that filters the date. 

The right most end is the current date and the left most end is the date which the report was created.

I would like the current date to be locked to where the user cannot change it, only filter on the left end.

Is this possible?

my question is how i can fix the sliver on the right side instead as on left.
