It’s my pleasure to answer for you.

According to your description,You appended  two tables into a single table ,if you use first option,it will only get one table,if you use second table, you can turn off the enable load button for the original tables.

If you publish the report to PBI service, you need to configure all data sources in the gateway.

If it doesn’t solve your problem, please feel free to ask me.

If those pairs of tables are the same except for the Source (Thailand vs. Singapore), they should each be appended in the query editor.  You will end up with 5 tables total.  This will greatly simplify your model for analysis/visualization.  If needed, you can add a fixed column called Source to each table with the appropriate name (e.g., "Thailand") prior to the append steps so you have a new column to use in a slicer, legend, etc.  After you append, you can right click on the source queries and uncheck Enable Load, so that only the final tables are loading into your model.
