I need to modify the values in all places of the lowest child rows, but not change its parent's rows values, e.g. below screenshot, how can I modify all values in red rectangle to blank? thanks

Can you remove that level entirely?
If not, then I'd recommend taking a look at the ISINSCOPE function to use as a condition in your measure.
