How to keep the Desc1 field name after Split ?

My Raw data file as below :-

After import to PBI :-

I do a Split delimiter , it become like below :-

May i know how can i keep the orginal field name = Desc1 ?

You can keep it from renaming in the advanced editor. Basically just delete the '.1' here
