you can just create a column
Column = maxx(FILTER(LeadTimeGrid,'Fact'[CUSTOMER]=LeadTimeGrid[CUSTOMER]&&'Fact'[REGION]=LeadTimeGrid[REGION]&&'Fact'[FACTORY]=LeadTimeGrid[FACTORY]),LeadTimeGrid[STANDARD LEAD TIME])
