Ai Lens isn't working properly. It can't add up the data I provide, nor does it interpret the metrics correctly. In this case, I asked it to add up the "Detractors" column, and it returned incorrect data. It says the answer is 15,893, but the correct answer is 16,393. I asked ChatGPT to do the addition, and it gave me the correct answer.
I asked the same question to the Ai Lens chat, and it gave me a second incorrect number.
It says it's 16,943. Two incorrect additions in a minute whit the same dataset. The chatbot on their website don't answer questions. I want to buy, can Ai Lens fix the error?
