How to integrate Outlook email with Power BI?

Hi Team,

I am looking forward to calculate the response time of a shared Outlook mailbox (not directly my primary account). So, I am thinking to integrate this outlook mailbox into Power BI and perform some analysis. 

Can this be done?

Hi Yuliana,

I want to check when an email has been received in a shared mailbox and when it was responded (even when more than one conversation has taken place with respect to one email). In order to perform this, I want to get data of a shared outlook mailbox in Power BI. 

Is this possible?
