How to insert Target Vari % on my Sales Vs Target GAP chart ?

Hi All

My sales vs target chart now only can display sales and target amount. 

I like to add vari % on the chart . by create a marker . So that i can see the % vari on very month.

When you add the measure to the Line chart, it is displaying but because the scale of the Y axis is too big then you see a constant line...Example if you change the start and end you see the measure displaying like you want

A work around could like putting 2 Line charts on top of each others and with little adjustements you can get a view like this

Or you can use a different visual

Thank you very much for your help. i like the bar chart you manage to add the target vari. which is what i need.
