touch_powerbi , I doubt any option for legend space. You can try changing the font size
I found this while trying to increase the space between lines. I used the idea of increasing font but it wasn't enough. I then added a zoom slider to the y axis and set it appropriately. I then covered it with a rectangle shape with a white background. Works great.
