How to include starting date in date slicer?

The start date will be included , but you need to make sure that the start date is existed in your data source,
e.g you have set the '2023/10/26' as the start date, so you need to ensure that your [incoming date] has the value '2023/10/26', if the value not exists, it will not display.

The rows with 10/26/2023 date are not in the result. How can I change the slicer to include the start date in the result? Is it the default of Power bi that all date slicers are not including start date?
