How to implement alternative colors in power bi matrix rows

  Hi ,

Applying alternative row banding in a power bi matrix is proving difficult for me.In a power bi matrix, I was unable to get the above alternate colour banding.

Can you assist me with this?

I am using Financial Sample.

First, convert this matrix to table and give your alternating colors.
Then, convert this table to matrix. I was able to do that.
Please try and let me know.

I appreciate your suggestion.
It is focusing on a single  dimension and measure,  Imagine that you have a measure and multiple  dimensions. When "Steeped layout is OFF" . In this case Alternate row banding is not working?

Can confirm row banding is will work on grouped columns in matrix.
