How to hide a shape when a filter was selected?

Greeting,

I'm creating an employee profile. I want a shape to appear on top of the employee data when no employee was selected. I'm using "Multi Info Cards" custom visual which doesn't seem to have an action. If this is not possible, I want to either make all data blank when their is no selection or to show only one employee's data which is the first one and not all employees.

I am using two measure, please update the color HEX code as per your requirement in Shape Color measure

But this will only change the color of the shape. Users will not be able to click on anything behind the shape.
