How to have stacked columns and scatter plot in one visualization?

Hi experts,

I am currently trying to show drivers of variable 'A', which is composed of both 'B' and 'C'. 'A' being line and B and C as stacked column. What I found is that we have stacked columns and line but not the combination of stacked column and scatter plot. 

How can I build one? and if not, is there any other visualization than can present the same.
