How to have a dynamic field parameter names?

How to have a dynamic field parameter names? I tried below, however it always returns else condition value (Profit)

Parameter = {
    ("Market", NAMEOF('Hiearchy'[Level1Name]), 0),
    ("Market Unit", NAMEOF('Hiearchy'[Level2Name]), 1),
    (IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Col') = "Sales", "Sales", "Profit", NAMEOF('Hiearchy'[Level3Name]), 2)
}
