How to group several lines in PBI and add them together?

I have in a database rows like this :

These are single items sorted by size after the _ for example:
643293_0002_02
643293_0002_03
643293_0002_04
....

I would like to have only one line to have for example:
643293_0002 and in the column "Sku Piece Quantity" have 9 instead.The rest of the columns should not move.

Is this possible?

@matdub40 , Create a new column without the last 3 character

Left([Order_SKU_CODE], Len([Order_SKU_CODE]) -3)
