How to group fields in a table

Group is totally different from hierarchy in power bi. Grouping is to aggregate your data into chunks (or groups) based on values found in the underlying data while building hierarchy is to give you drill down option so that you can clearly see the sub-level values.

I found a paper published by Chris Webb about the Nested Display Folders in Power BI.
