How to group column headers by type in a matrix visual ?

Hi, I am trying to achieve something like this

But I am only able to do this in Power BI using the matrix visual.

I want all quantity columns on one side and all price columns on another side. How do I group the columns by type?

My data is in this format.

DateRegionItem NameMaterial CodeGR QuantityGR Price
