How to get y-axis line

Hi,

 

This seems like it should be easy but I haven't found how to do it. I want to get a vertical y-axis line, as opposed to having blank spaces between the y axis grid lines. Is this possible?

    Current version(August 2020) is impossible to realize the idea.
