How to get tooltip page to show when hovering over...

Hi,

I know this has been done in the past, but I can't find out how to do it in the current version of Power BI (July 2023).

I have a button at the top of my report and I want a tooltip page with a chart on it to pop up when I hover over the button.

Any pointers?
