How to get the source data file in original format

Hi,

I had an excel file on my laptop, which i used to upload/ refresh the data on Powerbi desktop & then further to publish.

Unfortunatly, My laptop got crashed & lost all my upload files.

Please advice me how can I get my source files in original format.

I tried to download the powerbi & table data from the pbix file.

But it always returns with errors viz. "Loading blocked by failures with other queries" . "The key didn't match any rows in the table."

Please Please guide me how can I dealt with this issue.

Thanks,

Ashley

Hi @Ashwin_Wadalkar ,

Power Query Editor -> Data source settings -> Change data source.

Check whether the path of the data source is the same as it in the Power BI Service datasource setting.

Best Regards,

Jay

I did it. But when i tries to upload the same file in powerbi desktop,

it returns with errors as . "Loading blocked by failures with other queries" . "The key didn't match any rows in the table."

Please guide me on how can i resolve the errors & upload the same file again.

Thanks,

Ashley
