How to get the source data file in original format

then open it , right-click on the table in data or report view , choose copy tbale option and paste it in excel

I did it. But when i tries to upload the same file in powerbi desktop,
it returns with errors as . "Loading blocked by failures with other queries" . "The key didn't match any rows in the table."
Please guide me on how can i resolve the errors & upload the same file again.
